The Registrar Intranet provides a web-based configuration and reporting tool for Registrars. The web interface is easy, self-explanatory and constantly updated to the Registrars’ needs.

The payment gateway performs clearing of payment transactions by credit card, Paypal and online banking systems. Its user interface is integrated in the Registrar Intranet.

Our Helpdesk agents will give live support via e-mail, phone and fax in order to answer Registrars’ technical, administrative, financial and basic legal inquiries and guide them through the signup procedure.

This service includes the following day-to-day basic financial accounting tasks as administrative accounting: accounts receivable accounting, accounts payable accounting as well as an annual summary financial statement.

In co-operation with the TLD operator, we provide infrastructure and technical maintenance of the following functionalities for the TLD’s public website: List of Registrars, Web-based WHOIS, Statistics as well as News and FAQs.
